Do I need a fully production-ready design before a pilot batch?

Not always. A pilot batch can help expose assembly, sourcing and test issues that should be fixed before larger production.

Can you manufacture a product developed elsewhere?

Potentially, if sufficient design files, BOM, firmware, assembly information and testing requirements are available for review.

Can you source components?

Sourcing coordination can be included, subject to component availability, approved alternatives and project requirements.

Can you support larger manufacturing later?

The pilot stage can be used to prepare for larger manufacturing, but the exact production approach depends on quantity, product type, supply chain and required processes.
